  • Standard delivery: 5–10 business days within the USA
  • Expedited and express options available at checkout (additional cost)
  • International orders: 14–30 business days depending on destination
  • Shipping times are estimates — we are not liable for carrier delays
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch to the carrier
  • We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing — please contact your local post office and file a claim with the carrier

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
  • Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and non-refundable
  • Sale items may only be exchanged, not refunded, unless defective
