Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Not marked as Final Sale

How to Start a Return

It’s easy — just follow these 3 steps:

1. Email us at sh*****************@***il.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
3. Pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2–3 business days), we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Email us at sh*****************@***il.com with a photo of the item and your order number, and we’ll send a replacement immediately at no charge — no need to return the original.
